Uniper has submitted a Reserved Matters Application (RMA), following the granting of the Outline Planning Permission (ref. MC/21/979) consented in August 2023. The RMA is for part of the site-wide infrastructure that is needed to allow for the wider redevelopment of the site, and will include the provision of a spine road, associated landscaping, drainage and lighting.  

The spine road will provide access to the development plots within the MedwayOne site which will come forward in phases – subject to separate RMA’s - starting with Phase 1a anticipated in 2024/2025 and Phase 1 anticipated in 2025/2026.
