It's been a busy year and Uniper are delighted with the progress that is being made at MedwayOne. We end the year with approval to increase the amount of floorspace allowed on the site for Data Centre use (B8).
The NMA approval does not affect the overall amount of floorspace to be delivered at the site under the original Outline planning permission, it merely reduces floorspace for other permitted use classes should a larger data centre come forward at the site.
