Uniper has been granted a non-material amendment to the Outline Planning permission to facilitate the full amount of power to 49.9MW

Medway Council has granted Uniper permission for minor changes to conditions 8,45 and 46 (ref. MC/24/0606).

These amendments to the conditions do not significantly alter the original Outline planning permission (MC/21/0979) and are in relation to the Energy Centre to facilitate the generation of the full permitted amount of power at the site (49.9MW). The proposed energy production unit will only produce sufficient energy as required for any uses within the MedwayOne site.
