Low Carbon has submitted a Reserved Matters Application (RMA), following the granting of the Outline Planning Permission (ref. MC/21/979) consented in August 2023. The RMA seeks to secure permission for an Energy Hub on the site and shows the location and size of buildings, road, landscaping, parking and cycle storage.
